Lithuanian belongs to the family of Baltic languages. Currently, there are only two Baltic languages spoken in the world: Lithuanian and Latvian. Lithuanian is the official language of Lithuania and is one of the official languages of the European Union. There are over 3 million Lithuanian speakers worldwide, the majority of whom live in Lithuania. The language is written in Latin script supplemented with diacritics. Some words retain connections with classical languages such as Sanskrit and Latin. Lithuanian is said to be the most conservative of the existing Indo-European languages.
While assisting our international clients, InText always relies on three pillars of our competitiveness:
Our Lithuanian language partners are native speakers with a degree in linguistics or another subject area. Many of them live and work abroad while preserving close ties with Lithuania. That is why you can be confident in the results of their work.
